What is the most important thing to carry with you all the time?
I have seen a lot of people who are different persons in different places… For instance, a very good boy infront of their parents and a wild person with friends. Most people hide a lot of information at various places and they do it not for malicious reasons but for increasing their credibility. The belief is that playing (with) your identity according to the situations will give you more benefits and better relationships with people around.
I’m someone who believes the exact opposite. I always carry my identity wherever I go. I try to remain as consistent as possible whether it is between family or friends or colleagues. I wear my heart on my sleeve and people know what I’m and what I stand for. This gives me a consistent and clear personality at all places. I don’t have to keep secrets about any habits or keep looking out on who is around me. It gives me a lot of peace.
So what is the most important thing to carry with you all the time? A complete and consistent identity!
